Indian Valley Restaurant Concept Design

We were appointed by a local Indian restaurant to develop a new concept for their interiors and shop front. Since they took over in Oct 2020, they have had to deal with coronavirus, a rising cost of living (which has meant dramatically increased cost of produce) and now incredibly high energy bills. The hospitality industry in general has suffered greatly since coronavirus with trade patterns not returning to normal and at all levels they have seen diminishing profits. After a initial rebranding of the Restaurant they wanted to also update their interiors and exterior to better reflect the quality of food and service they offer and be seen as the local place to come and eat. The aim was to develop a more friendly, welcoming and warm dining experience that would encourage new customers while not alienating their solid existing customer base. After an initial audit and site survey we felt there was a lot we could add while sticking to their budget. Adding warmer finishes, textures, lighting, planting and cladding we were able to present a totally new look and feel for this lovely restaurant. We presented an audit, plans and elevations, sketches, visuals and even a simple 3d animated walkthrough of the space to present our concept . The concept was very well recieved and we look forward to seeing this implemented later on in the year.
